X-Coins User Agreement

1. Definition

In the XPPen community coin system, "X-Coins" refer to the virtual points rewarded by XPPen to encourage users to engage in activities such as creating, interacting, and making purchases. X-Coins can only be used to redeem designated products or services in the XPPen community coin mall. They have no monetary value and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

"Coin Account" refers to the virtual account automatically generated by the system upon a user's registration in the XPPen community, which records information such as X-Coins earnings, expenditures, balance, and validity period.

"Coin Mall" refers to the feature page within the XPPen community that offers products or services for redemption using X-Coins. The specific redeemable items and the required coins are subject to the real-time display on the page.

2. Acquisition of X-Coins

Users can earn coin rewards through various means. The specific actions that yield X-Coins, the coin values, daily or per-post caps, and other rules are subject to the policies displayed on the Coin Center page and the relevant event rules at the time. XPPen reserves the right to adjust the above rules as needed for operational purposes and will notify you within a reasonable period via community announcements or in‑site messages.

For certain actions, coins may only be credited after the content, order, or action validity has been reviewed. XPPen reserves the right to refuse to issue coins for any violations or content that does not comply with community guidelines.

3. Validity Period and Expiration of X-Coins

Every coin has a specific validity period, which begins on the date the coins are credited to your account. The specific coin validity period is subject to the rules displayed on the Coin Center page and relevant policies at the time. Upon expiration, the corresponding X-Coins will be automatically voided and cleared, with no possibility of restoration. The system will prioritize deducting coins that are about to expire to minimize your loss.

XPPen will send you reminders via in-site messages or emails before coins expire. However, such reminders are not a legal obligation of XPPen, and you should monitor the validity period of your coins and use them promptly on your own.

4. Use, Redemption, and Recovery of X-Coins

You may use X-Coins to redeem designated products or services in the Coin Shop. The specific redeemable items, required coin amounts, redemption restrictions, and other details are subject to the actual display in the Coin Shop. Upon successful redemption, the corresponding coins will be immediately deducted from your Coin Account. Except in cases where the redemption fails due to reasons attributable to XPPen, once a redemption is completed, it is irrevocable, non-refundable and cannot be restored.

X-Coins may only be used by your own account and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, mortgaged, or redeemed for cash in any form. Any attempt to violate this provision shall be void, and XPPen reserves the right to refuse related services and take appropriate corrective measures.

If you redeem physical goods with X-Coins, you must provide true, accurate, and valid shipping information as prompted on the Coin Shop page. Any delivery failure or loss of goods resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you shall be your sole responsibility.

You acknowledge and agree that XPPen has the right to recover or deduct coins from your account in accordance with the rules displayed on the Coins Center page (including but not limited to situations such as order refunds, violations, or other circumstances requiring coin deductions). The specific deduction standards, methods, and subsequent handling are all subject to the rules displayed on the Coin page at that time.

5. Coin Account Management

You are responsible for safeguarding your community account and password. All actions related to earning, using, and redeeming coins conducted through your account will be deemed as your own actions. Any losses resulting from account disclosure, unauthorized use, or your authorization of others to use the account shall be borne solely by you.

You may check your coin balance, transaction details, and redemption records on the "Coin Center" page of the community.

If you decide to stop using the community services, your coin account will be terminated upon account cancellation. Any unused coins in the account will be automatically voided, and XPPen will provide no compensation.

6. User Conduct Rules and Penalties for Violations

When earning and using X-Coins, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, community guidelines, and the terms of this agreement. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Earning coins through improper means such as automated scripts, cheats, batch operations, fraudulent transactions, or malicious account registration;
• Exploiting system or rule loopholes to repeatedly earn or extract coins;
• Posting content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, contains illegal information, or violates public order or good morals to earn coins;
• Impersonating another person or registering an account using false identity information;
• Any other conduct that disrupts community order or harms the legitimate rights and interests of XPPen or any third party.

If XPPen discovers, or receives a report and subsequently verifies, that you have engaged in any of the above violations, XPPen has the sole discretion to take one or more of the following actions, including but not limited to:

• Deducting all or part of the coins you obtained through the violation;
• Clearing the entire balance of your Coin Account;
• Restricting or suspending your ability to earn or use coins;
• Temporarily or permanently banning your community account;
• Recovering the goods already redeemed with coins, or demanding that you return an equivalent amount of money;
• Seeking compensation from you for any losses incurred.

You understand and agree that XPPen may take action against violations without prior notice to you, and the results of such actions shall be governed by XPPen's system records or notifications.

7. Disclaimer

XPPen will make reasonable efforts to maintain the stable operation of the coin system, but shall not be held liable for the following circumstances:

• Interruption of coin services, data loss, or delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions) or third-party reasons (e.g., network operator failures, hacker attacks, computer viruses);
• Temporary unavailability of services due to system maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs;
• Loss of coins resulting from your own actions (e.g., account disclosure, operational errors);
• Disputes arising from your satisfaction with or the suitability of products or services redeemed with coins – such disputes should be resolved directly with the relevant third‑party supplier.

X-Coins are virtual rewards, and XPPen provides no guarantee regarding their fitness for any particular purpose or their value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPPen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement and Services

XPPen reserves the right to amend this agreement from time to time based on applicable laws and regulations, market conditions, or operational needs. The amended agreement will be posted on the XPPen community bulletin board or the Coin Center page. If you do not agree to the amendments, you must stop using the X‑Coins services; continued use will be deemed as your acceptance of the amendments.

If you violate this agreement or the community guidelines, XPPen has the right to terminate this agreement and suspend or close your Coin Account. Upon termination of this agreement, any unused X‑Coins in your Coin Account will be immediately voided, and XPPen shall not be required to pay you any form of compensation.

Furthermore, XPPen reserves the right to suspend or terminate all or part of the X‑Coins services without prior notice or explanation based on operational needs. Upon termination of the services, unused coins will be handled in accordance with the plan announced at that time.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and XPPen regarding the X‑Coins system, superseding any prior oral or written communications, proposals, or agreements.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: The formation, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules). Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, either party may bring an action before the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where XPPen is domiciled.

Notice Delivery: Any notice sent by XPPen to you (including but not limited to agreement amendments, coin expiration reminders, violation handling, etc.) may be delivered via in‑community messages, email, SMS, or announcements on the community page. Once a notice is sent, it shall be deemed to have been received by you within a reasonable period.
