1. Disregard the Secret Coins in backrooms When you're still working out the course, ignore the Secret Coins. If you want, you may come back later and receive them.Throughout each level, you'll notice certain hidden coins that require you to deviate from the conventional route to get. Forget about them if you're struggling merely to get through the level. They simply make matters worse. Because you must complete the level to acquire them, they are only worth concentrating on after you know what to anticipate from the whole level.Secret coins are used to purchase new player icons and to enable demon difficulty on official levels.2. Mute the musicTurning off the music might help you concentrate more effectively.Geometry Dash offers a fantastic music, with each level having its own unique rhythm. You may find the music annoying, since there are times when you'll be tapping according to the rhythm just to have a new segment appear that asks you to touch off-beat.Turning off the music allows you to concentrate on the visual signals, which are much more significant than the music. Furthermore, when your efforts counter approaches the triple digits, songs that formerly sounded fantastic will begin to grate on your nerves.3. As required, use practice mode.Using practice mode allows you to plan ahead of time and figure out what you need to accomplish.Practice mode will not help you beat the level, but it will assist you figure out how to get over a particularly difficult location and will give you a heads-up on what's next. You can remove checkpoints in practice mode, which means you don't have to start from the beginning every time and may try as many times as you like on a tough new portion. The only catch is that none of it counts since this is a practice session, not a game. To go farther in the game, you must return to the usual game mode.4. Take a breatherTaking a break might help you de-stress and return to your work with new eyes.Seriously. It may seem counter-intuitive to believe that putting a game down can help you grow, but it is definitely necessary with games meant to annoy you. Watch Rooster Teeth's Rage Quit episode of The Impossible Game for a great (NSFW) illustration of how these kind of games are meant to irritate you.The strobing colors and lights throughout the stages distinguish Geometry Dash from The Impossible Game – lovely at first, but ultimately they nearly throw you into a mild, mesmerizing trance. Looking away from the screen after a lengthy game of Geometry Dash may result in the strange whirling vision shown in certain optical illusion movies.Returning to the game the following day with fresh eyes will most likely make things much simpler — and less irritating.
